The Design Journey

We begin with a 45-minute in-person consultation for our local clients (and a video call for those outside the area), allowing us to connect and gain a clear understanding of your project. During this time, we’ll discuss your scope, investment range, timeline, and overall vision for the space.
Once we’ve gathered the necessary details and aligned on your goals, we’ll prepare a tailored design proposal outlining the scope of work, services included, and the projected investment for your project.

The design phase begins with an intentional discovery process. We’ll send you an invite to a shared Pinterest board for you to add inspiration that reflects your style and vision for the space. This helps us gain a deeper understanding of your aesthetic preferences and how you hope the home will feel and function.
We’ll also schedule an on-site visit to take detailed measurements and review your inspiration in person, allowing us to align on the overall design direction. At this stage, we define the timeline and key milestones for Design Phase I, giving you a clear roadmap of what’s ahead. After final design approval, we transition into implementation—placing orders, confirming details, and carefully monitoring each selection as it moves through production and delivery. All furnishings are sent to a dedicated receiving warehouse, where they are inspected and stored until installation day to ensure everything arrives together and in perfect condition.

Once construction begins, we collaborate closely with your general contractor to ensure every element of the design is executed flawlessly. Just as in the Ordering & Tracking Phase, you’ll receive consistent progress updates—keeping you informed at every stage so you’re never left wondering how things are coming together.

The big reveal has arrived! We schedule one (or more) days to deliver your furniture and install all finishing touches, bringing your design fully to life. All that’s left is to celebrate your beautifully transformed home.
